1. Brand the rewards panel

  • Set up a bottom banner to enhance your brand.

3. Configure Points Program

  • Reward for placing an order. (Eg. $100 order = 100 points, at 1 point per unit).

  • Add social media earning actions

  • Like on Facebook

  • Follow on Instagram

  • Add amount off coupons (e.g. $5, $10, $20)

4. Referral Program

10 min

Adjust the $ off reward to equal 10% of your store's average order value.

5. Pre-launch points import

Before you start your project. If you want to give some loyal customers some points.

  • Export customers from us.

  • Delete all unnecessary columns.

  • Adjust the points totals in the app.

  • Re-import your adjusted points data import file.

6. Promote your program

  • Email customers and let them know about the program.

  • Include details about Points/Referrals.

  • Use social media channels to promote your program.

  • Send POP-UP reminders to increase program engagement.
