Give customers instant visibility into their loyalty status directly within their account experience. By embedding the Loyalty Status Block on the default Orders page or integrating it into the Profile page, customers can easily view their points and tiers, and seamlessly navigate to the Loyalty Hub for deeper engagement.
1. Feature Overview
The Loyalty Status Block is a dynamic UI element that can be placed at the top of the Orders or Profile pages within Shopify’s New Customer Accounts. It automatically adjusts its display based on your active loyalty programs and the customer’s specific status.
The moment the Loyalty Status block or Loyalty Hub is loaded, guest users who are logged in are automatically converted into enrolled Members, allowing them to track and redeem rewards immediately without any extra sign-up steps.
Dynamic Display States
The block intelligently switches between four primary states to ensure the most relevant information is shown:
1) For stores with Points enabled:
Encourages customers with 0 points to start earning.
Displays the current point balance with a call-to-action to "Redeem now."
2) For stores with both Points and VIP tiers enabled:
The block shows the current VIP tier, current points, and a progress bar indicating how far they are from the next tier.
3) For stores with only VIP tiers enabled:
The block shows progress based on spending or order count.
2. How to Configure
Go to Brand Style > Customer account > Loyalty status
Click the button Go to account editor
Click Add Block in the sidebar and search for "TrustWILL: Loyalty Status".
Drag and drop the block to your preferred position (we recommend the top of the page for maximum visibility).
Tip: The "View Rewards" button in the block is designed to take users to your dedicated Loyalty Hub page. Ensure you have created and published your Loyalty Hub page. |
3. About Interactions
Automatic Sync: The block automatically fetches real-time data from TrustWILL. If a customer earns points or levels up, the block updates instantly upon page refresh.
Conditional Visibility: If you disable the Points or VIP program in the TrustWILL dashboard, the corresponding elements will automatically hide from the customer's view to prevent confusion.
One-Click Access: Clicking "View Rewards" directs the customer to your full-page Loyalty Hub, where they can complete actions or claim rewards.
4. How to Customize Loyalty Status
Language
The block follows your store’s default language settings configured within the TrustWILL app.
If you want to edit the text, please go to Brand Style > Text & Language, then edit the specific language for loyalty status.
Page Color & Typography
Shopify customer accounts belong to the checkout architecture. Therefore, the logo, colors and typography are inherited from checkout settings.
From Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Checkout.
Under Configurations, click Customize.
In the Checkout & Accounts Editor, click the gear icon to open the Settings sidebar.
Adjust branding settings.
Click Save.
