Your loyalty members can redeem their earned points for a variety of rewards. TrustWILL Loyalty offers flexible reward options to suit both online and in-store purchases. You can create as many reward types as you'd like to match your business needs.
Online Store Rewards
These rewards apply to orders placed through your Shopify online store:
Amount Discount - A fixed amount off the entire order.
Percentage Off - A percentage amount off the entire order.
Free Shipping - Free Shipping on the entire order.
Free Product - A full-price discount usable on a specific product.
POS (In-store) Rewards
These rewards are available exclusively through Shopify POS and can be redeemed during in-person checkout.
POS fixed amount - A fixed amount off the entire order. (Usable only on Shopify POS.)
POS Percentage - A percentage amount off the entire order. (Usable only on Shopify POS.)

How to Customize Coupon Titles?
Under Program > Points > Redeem points, click Edit to change the coupon name. From there, enter your desired title and save.
