How It Works

How to Set It Up
Step 1: Add a Points Earning Rule
Go to Program > Points > Earn points
Click Add ways to earn points > Subscribe to newsletter
Set the reward (e.g., 1000 points for a subscription)
Step 2: Set Up Points Redemption
Go to Program > Points > Redeem points
Click Add ways to redeem
Create a coupon rule (e.g., 10% off for 1000 points)
Step 3: Enable the Newsletter Popup
Go to Program > Popup
Enable the popup of Subscribe to Newsletter
Customize popup design, timing, triggers, and target audience

Step 4: Personalize the Pop-Up
You can fully personalize your Member Signups pop-up to match your brand and improve user engagement. Here’s how:
1. Design Customization
Under the Design tab, you can adjust the look and feel of your pop-up:
Background Layout – Choose a layout and add a banner image to make your pop-up visually appealing.
Shape – Select the shape of your pop-up: circle, rounded, or square.
Button – Customize the button’s color and text color for better visibility and brand alignment.
Content – Edit the message or information displayed in the pop-up. You can also provide different content for different languages.
2. Settings
Under the Settings tab, you can control when and where your pop-up appears:
Trigger – Set the delay before the pop-up is shown to visitors.
Visibility – Choose which pages of your website the pop-up should appear on
Tags - Once subscribed, customers are automatically marked as "Subscribed" and tagged (Accepts Marketing) in Shopify.
3. Custom CSS
For advanced customization, use the Custom CSS tab to modify your pop-up further. You can adjust:

Step 5: Test the Flow
Preview the popup on your storefront
Do a test submission to confirm:
Customer is marked as “Subscribed” in Shopify
Points are issued automatically
