Introduction
The Member Sign-Ups pop-up helps you convert visitors into loyalty program members by encouraging guests to join your program.
The pop-up appears on the first page view for new visitors and will continue to display on subsequent pages until the visitor either:
Clicks Join Now, or
Closes the pop-up
This ensures new visitors are aware of your loyalty program and the benefits of joining.

Enabling Your Popups
To enable and manage pop-ups in your store:
Go to Program > Pop-up.
Find Increase member signups and click Edit.
Adjust the settings using the pop-up editor.
How to Customize the Member Signups Pop-Up
You can fully personalize your Member Signups pop-up to match your brand and improve user engagement. Here’s how:
1. Design Customization
Under the Design tab, you can adjust the look and feel of your pop-up:
Background Layout – Choose a layout and add a banner image to make your pop-up visually appealing.
Shape – Select the shape of your pop-up: circle, rounded, or square.
Button – Customize the button’s color and text color for better visibility and brand alignment.
Content – Edit the message or information displayed in the pop-up. You can also provide different content for different languages.
Button Text – Change the CTA (Call-to-Action) text to suit your brand tone, such as “Join Now” or “Get Started.”
2. Settings
Under the Settings tab, you can control when and where your pop-up appears:
Trigger – Set the delay before the pop-up is shown to visitors.
Visibility – Choose which pages of your website the pop-up should appear on
3. Custom CSS
For advanced customization, use the Custom CSS tab to modify your pop-up further. You can adjust:
Background color
Close button color
Fonts
Pop-up height and width

1. How do I disable a pop-up?
To disable a pop-up, simply turn off the toggle switch next to the pop-up in the pop-up list.
2. Can I change the link the pop-up button directs to?
No. The pop-up button automatically opens the Shopify login page, allowing customers to sign in or create an account and seamlessly become a loyalty program member.
However, you can add a custom link in the pop-up content if you want to direct customers to another page.
