Reward Customers for Past Actions

TrustWILL Loyalty allows you to retroactively reward customers for actions they completed before your reward program on TrustWILL Loyalty was active. You can backfill points for the following actions, as long as these rewards are currently enabled:

  • Signing up

  • Placing orders

  • Newsletter subscriptions

Note: Each reward can only be issued once per customer.


Rewarding Sign-Ups

To reward customers who signed up before installing TrustWILL Loyalty:

  1. Go to Preferences > Reward past actions.

  2. Locate the For sign up section and select the desired date range.

  3. Click Reward, then Confirm.

โœ… Customers who signed up within the selected date range will receive the designated sign-up points.


Rewarding Past Orders

To reward points for orders placed before installing the Trustoo loyalty:

  1. Go to Preferences > Reward past actions.

  2. Locate the For placing orders section and select the appropriate date range.

  3. Click Reward, then Confirm.

โœ… Customers who placed orders within the selected date range will receive the designated order points.

Attention: Rewarding past orders will count toward your planโ€™s order usage quota. If you are on a paid plan, please ensure that your available order quota is sufficient.

Rewarding Newsletter Subscriptions

To reward customers who subscribed to your newsletter before enabling newsletter rewards:

  1. Go to Preferences > Reward past actions.

  2. Locate the Newsletter subscriptions section and select the desired date range.

  3. Click Reward, then Confirm.

โœ… Customers who subscribed within the selected date range will receive the designated subscription points.

Note:

The points awarded depend on your settings under Program > Points > Earn Points.
