How to Set Up the Integration
Install Willdesk: Live Chat & AI Chatbot.
Once installed, TrustWILL Loyalty will automatically detect and integrate with it.
Confirm the Connection in TrustWILL Loyalty
In your TrustWILL Loyalty Admin, navigate to Integrations > Willdesk.
Click Setup and ensure the connection status shows Connected.
View Loyalty Data in Willdesk
After a successful connection, you’ll be able to see customer loyalty details in the Conversation Details panel when viewing support tickets in Willdesk.
