TrustWILL integrates seamlessly with leading review apps, including Judge.me, allowing you to collect text, photo, and video reviews while incentivizing customers with rewards.
This guide will show you how to integrate TrustWILL Loyalty with Judge.me Product Reviews and start rewarding customer feedback.
Note: Judge.me’s Awesome Plan is required to access their private API for the “Write a Review” integration feature.

How to Reward Customers for Leaving Reviews Using Judge.me Integration
Step 1: Get Your Judge.me Private API Token
Install Judge.me, and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Click View API Token, then copy Private API Token.
This token is required to authorize the connection between Judge.me and TrustWILL Loyalty.
Step 2: Connect Judge.me with TrustWILL Loyalty
Go to Integrations > Judge.me, and click Setup
Paste the Private API Token you copied from Judge.me into the field provided.
Click Connect.
Once successfully connected, you’ll be able to reward customers for writing reviews. If needed, you can click Disconnect to remove the integration.
Step 3: Set Up Review Rewards in TrustWILL Loyalty
Go to Program > Points > Add Ways to Earn Points, choose Write a Site Review
Under the review app options, choose Judge.me to link the action to your integration.
Configure the reward settings, including Name, Earning value and Icon.
Click Save once you're done setting up the reward rule.
With this rule in place, customers will automatically earn points when they leave a review through Judge.me, helping you boost social proof while rewarding engagement.
