Introduction
TrustWILL Loyalty's front-end pages (including the widget panel, reward page, loyalty hub page, and loyalty status page), support multiple languages and will automatically switch to match the language your customer selects in your store. If a language isn’t matched between the store and TrustWILL Loyalty, the default language will be shown instead.
Currently, TrustWILL Loyalty supports setting all languages in the world by customizing the language manually and the following languages are offered:
Korean (ko)
Italian (it)
Portuguese (pt)
French (fr)
Spanish (es)
Japanese (ja)
Finnish (fi)
Danish (da)
Russian (ru)
Chinese, Simplified (zh)
Chinese, Traditional (zh)
Greece (el)
Polish (pl)

How to Set the Default Language
To configure the default language used in the customer widget, follow these steps:
Go to Brand Style > Text & Language.
If your market language hasn’t been added yet, click Add languages.
Select your desired language and click Default to set it as the default language.
How to Add an Additional Language
1. Navigate to Brand Style > Text & Language > Add Language > Custom language
2. Edit the language name, and then manually translate the English text into your chosen language, and paste the translations into the corresponding fields.

How to Configure RTL (Right-to-Left) Text Alignment
For languages that read from right to left (RTL), such as Hebrew or Arabic, you can easily adjust the text alignment of your widget and loyalty pages to match your customers’ reading habits.
To set up RTL text alignment:
Go to Brand Style > Text & Language.
Click Add Language, then select or create the language you want to use (e.g., Hebrew).
Once the language is added, select the RTL (Right-to-Left) reading direction option.
Save your changes.
Your widget and loyalty pages will now display text in RTL orientation, ensuring a smooth and natural reading experience for your customers who use right-to-left languages.
