Step-by-Step
Follow these steps to integrate the TrustWILL Product Reviews app with TrustWILL Loyalty and start rewarding customers for their reviews:
1. Install the TrustWILL Product Reviews App. Once installed, TrustWILL Loyalty will automatically detect and integrate with your TrustWILL Product Review account.
2. In your TrustWILL Loyalty Admin, go to Integrations > TrustWILL: Product Reviews, then click Setup.
3. Verify that your account is successfully connected. Click Configure to begin setting up the review reward rule.
4. Select TrustWILL Reviews as the connected review app and customize your reward rule as needed.
5. Click Save.
