Step-by-Step
Follow these steps to integrate the Trustoo Product Reviews app with Trustoo loyalty and start rewarding customers for their reviews:
1. Install the TrustWILL Product Reviews App. Once installed, Trustoo loyalty will automatically detect and integrate with your Trustoo account.
2. In your TrustWILL Loyalty Admin, go to Integrations > TrustWILL: Product Reviews, then click Setup.
3. Verify that your account is successfully connected. Click Configure to begin setting up the review reward rule.
4. Select TrustWILL Reviews as the connected review app and customize your reward rule as needed.
5. Click Save.
