Step-by-Step
Follow these steps to integrate the CWILL Product Reviews app with CWILL Loyalty and start rewarding customers for their reviews:
1. Install the CWILL Product Reviews App. Once installed, CWILL Loyalty will automatically detect and integrate with your CWILL Product Review account.
2. In your CWILL Loyalty Admin, go to Integrations > CWILL: Product Reviews, then click Setup.
3. Verify that your account is successfully connected. Click Configure to begin setting up the review reward rule.
4. Select CWILL Reviews as the connected review app and customize your reward rule as needed.
5. Click Save.
✅ Once set up, customers will start earning loyalty points for leaving reviews through CWILL Loyalty!
